Mr. Hash is a licensed Professional Petroleum Engineer with 40 years of experience in drilling, completion and production engineering as well as procurement and construction. He is equally qualified in both the office and the field. His background includes engineering and management roles with major and independent energy companies in both the public and private sector. He founded EXACT Engineering, Inc in 1999 to provide an array of engineering and site supervision services on a consulting basis to the upstream petroleum industry.
Mr. Saenz is founder and President of Castle-Rock Petroleum, Inc. Since 1984 Castle-Rock Petroleum, Inc. has explored, discovered and exploited oil and natural gas reserves in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Mr. Saenz has over 30 years of experience in all phases of the oil and natural gas industry. Prior to forming Castle-Rock Petrolum, Inc., Mr. Saenz served as ARKLA area Geoscientist for Amerada Hess Petroleum and Mid-Continent Exploration Geologist for Deck Oil Company. Castle-Rock Petroleum, Inc. has specialized in applying new exploration technologies to mature proven producing areas thereby reducing risk and maximizing success. Castle-Rock Petrolum, Inc. holds a 50% stake in Mid-Continent Energy Operating Company. Mr. Saenz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Texas, Austin. In addition, he has completed extensive coursework in Geophysics and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tulsa. Mr. Saenz is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Tulsa Geological Society and Kansas Geological Society.
Mr. Canaday is President of Mid-Continent Energy Operating Company. The company was founded in 1995, and operates or has operated oil and natural gas properties in Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Mr Canaday has been involved in the oil and natural gas industry for over 30 years and brings expertise in exploration, acquisitions, production, and secondary recovery. Prior to acquiring Mid-Continent Energy Operating Company, Mr. Canaday served as Vice-President of Cherokee Operating Company and Operations Manager of Mid-Continent Energy, Inc. He has worked for Gulf Oil Corporation and Tenneco Oil Company. Mr. Canaday received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.

Mr. Tongs has 25 years of experience in identifying market opportunities and expanding business in oil & gas operations worldwide. He has worked in management with CT Energy Services, Dynomax Drilling Tools and NOV in their North Andes District among others. His experience includes project negotiations, project management and sales and service of downhole tools for rig operations.
